Lincoln Imp Trail Imp visits Branston site
Woodland Imp inspires some fundraising activities on site
In preparation for this summer's Lincoln Imp Trail, the Branston-sponsored Imp has come to visit our Lincoln site for a few weeks. He's taken up residence in our Reception area and is available for socially-distanced selfies with our staff. He'll also be inspiring some impish fundraising activities at the site in support of St Barnabas.
Inspired by nature and wildlife, our Woodland Imp was designed and painted by artist Donna Newman of Eden Designs. You can find out more about her other work here.
Imps will be invading Lincoln’s High Street in Summer 2021! Our Imp will be joining a host of others on Lincoln's third sculpture trail which will run 3rd July to 9th September 2021 across Lincoln city centre. This is a mass participation public art event to celebrate Lincoln, its art, culture and heritage - a Wild In Art event organised by Lincoln BIG in support of St Barnabas Lincolnshire Hospice.
Artists, both professional and amateur, local and national, have designed each sculpture to add lots of colour to the city centre through the trail. The IMPs will assemble for their Farewell event at Lincoln Castle before being auctioned to raise money for St Barnabas Lincolnshire Hospice on 1 October 2021 at Lincoln Cathedral.
